hyh is excited to be part of The Great Big Walk for Herts again. We'd love you to join us as we walk 11 miles of the Hertfordshire Way from Markyate to St Albans to raise money for young people across Herts at risk of homelessness.

My story

Herts Young Homeless supports 16-24 year olds across Herts at risk of homelessness or who find themselves without anywhere safe or permanent to live. Our focus is on preventing homelessness by supporting people to make positive informed choices, through a range of free, county-wide, specialist preventative and crisis services.

Please support the team walking for hyh and help us to make a real difference to the lives of young people across the county.
