I am taking part in this challenge to increase awareness around mental health and support Hertfordshire Mind Network.

Together, Watford Borough Council colleagues are demonstrating Watford's commitment to becoming a mental health-friendly town, providing support to those in need and showing we are all there for each other when we need help.
